Putting my work on someone's body? This idea hasn't really come to my mind until I met Jon Ervin. Jon is a New York based artist, who is from Oklahoma. One day he asked me to make a work for him, which would be his first tattoo. What would you put on your body for the very first time? For this commissioned work, I made an aerial view of the neighborhood in his hometown. Now I have a special collector, who will have my work with him 24/7 for the rest of his life. I am thinking that I might do the same thing on my body someday. Just thinking.
